Individual Therapy
Throughout all the ups and downs of relationships, hookups, breakups, forget-me-nots, and outright FORGET YOU, being a human can get pretty tough sometimes. No matter what has been done to you or what you have done to others, I am here showing up for it. Let’s be honest: Sometimes, we are the ones who hurt others, and we need to heal from that in order to become better humans.
Sometimes, we experience trauma in our lives, but remember, you are not the trauma. Yes, it happened to you, but it cannot be allowed to define you. I understand nothing feels like it makes sense; that’s where I come in to help you make it make sense. Yes even the ugly, hurtful and unforgettable stuff needs to make sense.
You are formally being invited to come and engage in the change you need and deserve. This is where it can happen, where you can take hold of life and make it work for you, the individual you. If you can not show up for yourself, how can you show up for anyone else?
Family & Couples Therapy
This is one of my passions. Yes, you guessed it… marriage. It is a living institute that thrives on connection. Married couples’ and families are the vein of our society. If they are healthy and whole, they will most likely produce healthy and whole children that will become an asset to their community. I help boyfriends and girlfriends become husbands and wives by learning what comes after the “I Love You’s” and if they have the kind of love built off of being “in” love. I help couples remember their marriage is a relationship, not a partnership, and what it looks like to have both. I have completed and utilized Level 1&2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which aids me in helping my clients get to where they need to be.
I help family members from 0 to 100 and up. In family therapy, one of my main goals is to create a home—not a house because anyone can have a house, but not everyone can have a home. We get to redefine what that means, what it consists of, and what it looks like.
Career & Business Consulting
I specialize in the “Human Connection.” It sounds simple, but it is one of any relationship's most complex and vital parts. I have been perfecting the human connection for over a decade. I once worked for one of the largest banks in the nation, and they, like many other corporations, didn’t understand the grave importance of human connection when building a solid corporation. The company did not get it, nor did the employees. This is one of the reasons I became a life coach and, ultimately, a consultant. I help companies with high turnover and employees understand the culture that needs to be created and cultivated in an organization.
When choosing the right career and making the right moves to excel while considering all the external parts, this is where I come in for the individual. I'll help you figure it all out. You may be asking yourself, “Is this the move to make, is this the best time to make that move, and what will it cost me?” Yes, everything, even free, has a price.
Pricing for Therapy Sessions
Intake Session-90-minute sessions are 200.00 for 80 minutes in session and 10 minutes to complete your case.
Individual-30-minute sessions are $65.00 for 20 minutes in session and 10 minutes to complete your case.
Individual-1-hour sessions are $130.00 for 50 minutes in session and 10 minutes to complete your case.
Couples-30-minute sessions are $80.00 for 20 minutes in session and 10 minutes to complete your case.
Couples-1-hour sessions are $160.00 for 50 minutes in session and 10 minutes to complete your case.
I offer 1.5-3-hour sessions, prorated from the above base prices.
Family Therapy: Please call for pricing, as various factors must be considered.
Consultation Services: Please call for pricing packages for all career or organizational consulting.
Fees are due when services are rendered and payable by FSA/HSA card or credit/debit card.
